If you have just registered with UK Surgeon then you can set up a UK Surgeon entry or claim and edit an existing entry.
There will be 2 scenarios for editing your entry: - There is a basic UK Surgeon Entry already set up in your name
- You do not have a UK Surgeon Entry
1. Claim Your Entry- Having registered with UK Surgeon then find your UK Surgeon Entry (the easiest way is to search for your surname - Click Here) and view the detailed entry.
- Click on the 'Take Ownership' button. This will open a form to link your profile to the UK Surgeon Entry.
- Fill in your name, GMC number and email address. Please use an NHS.net or trust email address so that the details can be validated.
- Click on 'Send.
Your claim will be verified and then the UK Surgeon Entry will be linked to your profile. 2. New Entry- Log in using the Consultant Profile link from the Consultant menu
- Click on the UK Surgeon Entry tab on your profile page
- Click on 'Add New'
- Fill in your UK Surgeon Entry details
